A balanced all-in-one handlebar pack for challenging trails. The Backcountry Handlebar Pack is designed to carry light, compressible items on long-distance rides and multi-day adventures. Eliminating the need for a bulky front rack, it helps to create a balanced load that makes steep climbs or technical sections effortless. The Pack hits the sweet spot between low weight, durability and all-weather capability, and the roll-top closure system protects gear while allowing adjustment of the Pack’s capacity as required. A simple but strong attachment system secures the Pack to handlebars, and anti-slip Hypalon safeguards against wear. Materials The Backcountry Handlebar Pack is made from Dimension-Polyant VX21, a four-layer laminated fabric originally developed for the maritime industry. Designed to fit the demands of off-road riding, the material combines waterproofing, light weight, low stretch, and high abrasion and tear resistance. The handlebar attachments are reinforced with Hypalon, a durable rubberized nylon that provides extra protection against friction and puncture. For the fastening system, Woojin buckles have been chosen for strength and reliability, while 600D fabric provides an extra safeguard in areas of high abrasion.
Ideal for carrying lightweight, compressible kit, the Expedition Handlebar Pack is a handy partner for long-distance road tours, weekend trips, or even a daily ride to work. Eliminating the need for a bulky front rack, the Pack fastens to handlebars with a reinforced attachment system that adds stability while improving handling and preventing abrasion. Dual roll-top closure keeps the contents secure, while allowing flexible packing capacity. A hands-free air release vent makes compressing the Pack hassle-free, while welded seams ensure that contents stay dry in all conditions. Materials The Expedition Handlebar Pack is cut from a three-layer laminate fabric that was developed specifically for Apidura. The material is lightweight, and is highly resistant to tears and abrasion. Notably, it’s welded together at the seams, creating a watertight seal that ensures complete waterproofing. The Handlebar Pack’s attachment points are reinforced with Hypalon, a rubberized nylon used to provide extra protection against friction and abrasion. For the straps, we’ve chosen Woojin buckles for their strength and reliability.
Designed to store the essentials to repair a mid-ride mechanical, our Expedition Tool Pack is a sleek, ultra-compact pack that’s excellent for short rides and bikepacking adventures. Fitting neatly under the saddle, the tool bag attaches securely to the bike with a Velcro-backed Hypalon strap that’s effective even when exposed to road spray and grit – a weakness of traditional zippers and buckles. Inside, there’s enough capacity for two spare road tubes, tire levers, a small multi-tool, and a CO2 canister. The exterior of the tool bag is protected by a tough, lightweight fabric that’s completely waterproof. Reflective graphics and a light attachment point add visibility in low light. Seat Capsule Premio is our BOA-powered saddlebag option for those that prefer more structure and internal volume than what a seat roll has to offer. A high-strength thermoformed shell creates a modular structure with two internal dividers that help keep everything organized. The capsule is secured to the bike using the BOA Closure System, and features a Rail Guard for superior grip and protection of the saddle rails. The zipper is a YKK locking model that bisects the lower third of the bag. Our designer chose this low position to make it easier to access the bag while it's still attached to the saddle; a key difference between a seat bag and a seat roll. - High strength Thermoformed shell - Boa Closure System with Guide - Rail Guard protects and grips saddle rails - YKK Locking Zipper - NO Velcro to damage your seat post or inner short legs - 625cc Internal Volume
A useful standalone bag for daily riding or as part of a larger bikepacking setup, the Expedition Top Tube Pack is a lightweight, secure storage space that’s ideal for stashing frequently used items on the road. Available in 0.5L and 1L volumes, the smaller top tube bag is suited for storing bars and snacks, while the larger version can also accommodate smartphones and battery packs. It fastens securely to the top tube, opening and closing via an easy access one-finger zipper puller. Adjustable attachment points ensure that the bag is versatile enough for a range of different frames. The top tube bag is equipped with an innovative waterproof slider. While it looks like a normal zip, it’s better — it’s fully waterproof. However, it does need a little more care than a regular zipper, as excess strain can cause the rails to detach from the sliding mechanism. In particular, it’s important to not over-pack your top tube bag. Features - Waterproof slider and welded seams ensure contents stay dry - One-finger zipper puller ensures convenient and easy access on the go - Protected battery cable port - Lightweight waterproof laminate, developed specifically for Apidura - Reflective exterior graphics for increased visibility Materials - The Expedition Top Tube Pack is cut from a three-layer laminate fabric that was developed specifically for Apidura. It’s designed to hold clothes and equipment on long distance rides. Built from a lightweight laminate developed specifically for Apidura, the Pack is highly resistant to abrasions and tears. Named after the Italian word for Brick, Mattone is a water-resistant, ultra-compact seat bag that attaches to the rails using the BOA Closure System. Unique zipper design allows it to be accessed while on the bike, or to open like a book when removed from the bike for easy access. Mattone is for the cyclist looking to carry a spare tube, CO2, multi-tool, and some cash in a discreet, water-resistant package. Internal divider holds ID, credit card, or cash while also protecting your tube from your multi-tool! Seat bag users fall into two categories: Seat Roll aficionados and seat bag users. Traditionally, seat bags have been simple open spaces that allowed content to jangle about, making noise and rubbing against each other. Often times a spare tube was pulled out of a seat bag to reveal it was more full of holes than the tube being replaced due to friction against a house key or multi-tool. With Mattone, we designed a layout similar to a book, where the bag can fully open to hold the tube and CO2 cartridge on one side, separated by a padded ballistic nylon 'page' separating it from the other side where you can store an inflator head, multi-tool, contact lens case, etc. The 'page' also contains a slot for a credit card, ID, money, or house key. The unique off-center Aquaguard Zipper allows the case to completely open and lay flat when off the bike, while also allowing easy access to the multi-tool and money/card slots when on the bike without risk of spilling all the contents of the bag. A high-friction Hypalon strap with BOA Closure completes the package. Making more than 15x the power of Velcro, the BOA Closure uses a ratcheting mechanism that will not creep or loosen even under the most extreme vibration and impact. This ensures the Mattone will remain 'high and tight' under your saddle until you need to access it...no swinging, swaying, or rattling...ever. - Exterior—Sleek black finish with reflective graphics - Interior—Hi-contrast red material with separate ID, credit card, or money flap - Interior Volume—Holds one inner tube, one CO2 cartridge, one tire lever (all of these components are sold separately and are not included) - BOA Closure System with open guide release on Hypalon retaining strap - YKK Aquaguard zipper - Outside Dimensions: 13cm x 8.5cm x 5.5cm - Volume: Approximately .61 L - Strap Measurements: 27cm x 4.5cm
