Designed to store the essentials to repair a mid-ride mechanical, our Expedition Tool Pack is a sleek, ultra-compact pack that’s excellent for short rides and bikepacking adventures. Fitting neatly under the saddle, the tool bag attaches securely to the bike with a Velcro-backed Hypalon strap that’s effective even when exposed to road spray and grit – a weakness of traditional zippers and buckles. Inside, there’s enough capacity for two spare road tubes, tire levers, a small multi-tool, and a CO2 canister. The exterior of the tool bag is protected by a tough, lightweight fabric that’s completely waterproof. Reflective graphics and a light attachment point add visibility in low light. The Muck-Off Essentials case is large enough to hold your smartphone or with a handful of tools. Soft inner divider helps prevent damage to a spare tube or phone. Similar to the original MATTONE, a high friction Hypalon strap with BOA Closure completes the package. Making more than 15x the power of Velcro, the BOA Closure uses a ratcheting mechanism that will not creep or loosen even under the most extreme vibration and impact. WATERPROOF HANDLEBAR BAG WITH QUICK RELEASE! A new fastening system, the Bar-Lock, enables the waterproof Handlebar-Pack QR (Quick Release) to be attached and removed in no time at all. This means that you can quickly and easily take off the bag and carry it with you when you reach your destination. Thanks to the bar-lock cord attachment, this bikepacking bag remains stable and secure on the handlebars, even on rougher terrain. Internal compressions and the roll closure adjustable height ensures the safe storing of gear or equipment. Two further hooks with CamLock fasteners on the front create further compression options. The handlebar pack QR has an 11-liter volume, weighs only 530 grams and is loaded from above. In addition to bikepacking, this pack would be a great asset for long gravel rides or races thanks to its narrow 32 centimeter design. Lateral outer pockets allow small accessories or snacks to be stowed away yet accessible while riding. The PVC-free bag is made of abrasion-resistant nylon fabric and is, of course, sustainably produced in Germany. The maximum load is five kilograms. It’s designed to hold clothes and equipment on long distance rides. Built from a lightweight laminate developed specifically for Apidura, the Pack is highly resistant to abrasions and tears. The seams have been welded together, creating a waterproof seal that ensures contents always stay dry, even in sustained rain. A three-point attachment system with Hypalon-reinforced Velcro straps allows the Pack to hug the seat post, increasing stability and cutting down on lateral movement. Additional Hypalon on the Pack’s body keeps frames in good condition. The roll-down compression and closure system means the Pack’s volume can be tailored precisely to fit a range of packing needs.
